As a nurse, educator, and therapist, my experience includes behavioral health nursing in hospitals, working as a therapist in a rural community, and as an educator in academic settings. I am passionate about providing care with a holistic approach. I hold a Master's degree in Nursing Education, a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, and a PhD in Counseling and Psychological Studies.
My therapy focuses on working with clients experiencing distress related to trauma, effects from abuse, depression, anxiety, and relational issues. I count it a privilege to assist clients and help them overcome obstacles to living life fully.
In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, hiking and camping, spending time with family and friends, and a good cup of coffee.
